Service was swift and good quality on completion. Only concern was how dusty and used my car was on the inside compared to how I dropped it off. I only had exterior body work done so a little effort to keep the inside a bit cleaner would have been appreciated. But other than that side point.. service and quality was excellent.

Dendy was amazing!!! She kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were heartbroken that our one week old vehicle had been hit. After meeting Dendy we felt comfortable and confident. Job well done!

Review Update: My car issue was resolved, and the team did an excellent job. Kevin went above and beyond to address all of my concerns, and everything looks great now. I truly appreciate how he stepped in and ensured that all my issues were taken care of professionally. This experience has given me confidence that this body shop is highly qualified and meets BMW's certification standards. I would definitely recommend them to others, as they ultimately delivered outstanding service and quality workmanship.

I have a car with a little bit bent rear door that was hit on garage door frame as it was open. That accident pushed the door overlapped to the front door and a one inch gap on the top. The door couldn't latch firmly. I drove this car to this collision center to get an estimate. A very nice guy, I think his name is Jason, fixed the problem in few minutes without any charge. I am very appreciate to the service attitudes. Not amplify a small problem to a big one. I went to a collision center in Durham with my car same brand. they gave me over $3700 estimate to fix this problem. That was too much overpriced. But this collision center even not charge me any. Anyway, The Hendrick Collision Center is honest and trustful service. I really appreciate their service.

I couldn't just go back and update my earlier 5-star review for Hendrick Collision Center, I had to use my alternate email to leave another. The service and staff at Hendrick Collision Center Durham are just that great. I had hoped I would never need to use them again, but the deer that ran in front of me apparently had other plans. Needless to say, Hendrick was the only place I would agree to send my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and aside from coordinating the tow through insurance, I didn't have to do a thing. They kept me updated along the way, and somehow before GEICO even updated me that they'd received the first supplement (which Hendrick sent me almost a week ago), they were DONE with my repairs. The repair was impressively quick (in line with my prior experience with this shop) and it looks as good as new. On top of all of that, they went to bat for me, finding deals on OEM parts and getting insurance to cover OEM rather than aftermarket or used where it mattered, and eased my worries about using aftermarket if it was necessary for anything. This meant the world to me because I have taken care of this car to the best of my ability since I bought it and have
